“ What a great gem in Brixham! Managed by an Italian who’s turned British pub life to another level a la Crazy Bear style! Enjoy the sunshine and harbour views from the large terrace from the morning until the sun sets. Enjoy the great choice on the menu, I don’t think you can go wrong with anything on the menu from what we’ve tasted... the steak was very well cooked and was accompanied by the most delicious oven baked vine tomatoes, the stake and ale pie was very yummie and accompanied by a very delicious oven baked cauliflower cheese and perfectly cooked seasonal veg. The Thai fish cakes were delicious and there’s even a great food menu for dogs! The icing on the cake was the best Irish Coffee in town made by their super friendly barman Mike. He makes a great Espresso Martini too! P.S. you must try the onion rings, probably the best we’ve ever tasted! ”
“ We visited the Prince William last night and chose the Tuesday night curry special. We were treated professionally by all the staff and the food was delightful. We are on holiday from Cheshire and this place is excellently situated overlooking the harbour. We will return during our break later this week. What a great find for us! ”
“ We went on a weekday lunchtime, and it was a hot day, so more people were sitting outside. They served good ales. Great huge pizzas, which were great (apparently!) home cooked and made in appearance. The traditional pub dishes were available, but being so hot, we shared a ploughman's and a beef sandwich, which came with fries. Both were good. A smaller plate fish gougons was just enough for grandma. The setting is the 5* part ”
“ The pub is located by a he quay and has a good outdoor seating facilities so if the weather is good this is the best place to come and have a spot of lunch the staff are very friendly and the service is spot on We ordered food which you have to go to the bar and get your table number Checked inside the pub and it was empty as the weather was nice everyone was outside The food is reasonably priced When you eat outside do mind the sea gulls I would recommend this place it is nice and just worth for the service they give and the taste of the food is nice too with massive portions ”
“ Incredible meal! Was very impressed with the restaurant, we had an amazing meal, the staff were friendly and the service was great. Will definitely be returning and I would highly recommend! ”
“ Absolutely amazing! We came today for a roast and absolutely were not disappointed! Best roast I’ve had out in years! Worth every penny. Not remotely stingey with the portion sizes at all! The service was second to none, lovely waitresses and lady on the door welcoming you in. Beautiful decor and atmosphere! Can’t wait to come back for another roast! We’ve already got family booked in cause we’ve told them how lovely it was! ”
“ Amazing work guys, all of you work so hard in providing, great food and drinks and fantastic service ”
“ So on my wonderful trip to Brixham we came here on our first night and our last night for dinner because we just absolutely loved it. The food was exceptional and well worth the slightly higher price tag. Definitely, in my opinion, the best place to eat in the area (of what we tried anyway which was quite a few places!). The staff are lovely too which only adds to its greatness. The coffee as well is very, very good! Definitely recommend. ”
